Construction Methodology
Construction will follow a modular approach with maximum pre-fabrication at SIL's in-situ fabrication yard (EIL-approved with best-in-class machinery). Piling will be accelerated by doubling the contractors. Peak construction manpower is estimated at 150–200 workers (RTC established, operating in shifts). Execution through heavy duty cranes, man-lifters and industrial machinery. Safety management will follow OHSAS 18001 standards with zero-incident targets.
