Safety Programs & Initiatives
Induction Training

Daily 15-minute pre-work briefing by supervisor covering day's activities, specific hazards, control measures, and lessons from recent incidents. Attendance recorded and tracked.
Behavioral Safety Program (BBS)
Trained observers conduct peer observations. Focus on at-risk behaviors. Positive reinforcement for safe behaviors. Monthly analysis of observation data to identify trends.
Safety Incentive Scheme
Monthly recognition for best safety performance by crew. Quarterly safety awards. Zero-incident milestones celebrated. Penalty system for repeat offenders.
Weekly Safety Walk
Joint safety walk by Construction Manager, HSE Manager, and Client representative every Wednesday. Findings documented, corrective actions tracked to closure within 48 hours.
Monthly Safety Committee
Formal meeting chaired by Project Manager. Attendance: all discipline leads, subcontractor supervisors, worker representatives. Minutes distributed within 24 hours.
