Basic Engineering Package (BEP) from selected licensor (MECS/NIUIF)
Complete process design, P&IDs, equipment datasheets, catalyst specification, and process guarantees.
Proprietary equipment supply (HRS Tower, HRS Boiler, HRS internals, mist eliminators)
All proprietary items as per licensor scope split. Delivered CIF site.
Catalyst supply — V₂O₅ (Cs-promoted) for all 5 converter beds
Catalyst quantity as per licensor recommendation. Includes initial charge + commissioning top-up.

Client shall provide uninterrupted access to the SAP plot area from the date of contract award.
Construction power (minimum 500 kVA) and water supply (minimum 50 m³/day) shall be made available by client at SAP plot boundary.
Geotechnical investigation report and topographic survey data shall be provided by client within 30 days of contract award.
Environmental Clearance (EC) and all statutory approvals shall be in place before commencement of construction activities.
Free-issue materials (if any) shall be delivered to site as per the agreed schedule. Any delay shall entitle EPC contractor to schedule extension.
The EPC price is based on current GST rates. Any change in tax structure shall be to client's account.
Force majeure events (natural calamities, pandemic, war, government restrictions) shall entitle schedule extension and cost adjustment as per contract terms.
Client shall nominate a dedicated Project Coordinator for timely review and approval of engineering documents (target: 15 working days per submission).
All imported equipment shall be cleared through Paradeep port. If port is unavailable, additional logistics cost for alternate port shall be to client's account.
The scope and price are based on the design basis and site conditions as known at the time of proposal. Any change in design basis shall be subject to variation order.
Note: This scope of work is indicative and subject to finalization during contract negotiations. All items marked "Client" are excluded from the EPC contract price.
